If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund within 7 days and store credit within 10 days. (Less original shipping fees if remaining order is below $75)

STORE PICKUP

Your return needs to be back in the store within 2 days from when you received your pickup confirmation.

In order for us to accept your return, items must be in the same condition it was received, with tags attached, unwashed, unworn and it's in original packaging.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN:

1. Email  orderhosieryboutique@gmail.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you a return shipping label for a fee of $7.99

3. Use the return label to ship the item back to us.

  • We do not take responsibility for returns using your own label.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Shells and hosiery can not be tried on. Only unopened packages will be accepted for return or credit.

Certain items such as headwear, jewelry, and accessories cannot be returned.

Seasonal accessories including winter hats, gloves, scarves, earmuffs, and camp accessories can be returned for store credit only within 7 days of delivery.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
We do not have an exchange service. Please place a new order for items you would like to purchase.

 

Refunds 
If your item is approved for return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

*Please note that actual inventory may be slightly different that what is shown online which may result in back ordered merchandise. In the event that this occurs we will cancel the items that are out of stock and ship the rest of your order.
